This rich dark brown fleece is extremely soft and silky. It is full of shine and comes with dramatically long curls. The undercoat has a bit of gray in it.

The backing material is brown Shetland wool.

Wool from the Wensleydale is acknowledged as the finest luster long wool in the world. It is an endangered breed and is categorized as "at risk" by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust.
